Humetry, Inc. is a managed AI workforce company. Clients engage us for completed work and accountable delivery, the way they engage a consulting or staffing firm, and we supply AI workers we own, train and manage, inside the client's own systems, doing the whole job of the desk they replace, with our consultants for the work that needs judgement.
The name
Humetry is human and -metry, the suffix the measurement sciences take. The company began as an evaluator of AI on professional work; what it kept from that is the discipline of measuring work on cases the worker has never seen, and of publishing the interval with the number. That discipline is now applied to our own workers, every week, on every engagement.
What we do
We take a defined portion of the work you buy today from an IT services firm, send to a shared-service centre or staff with your own team, and run it to a service level with AI workers, in three families. Build first: business and functional analysis, architecture, development across ERP, CRM, custom applications, integration and data, testing, release and change, each change carried from requirement to tested release. Run: the service desk, access, monitoring, application support, technical administration, patching, cloud operations and security alert triage. Operate: finance and accounting, from accounts payable and receivables to collections and the close; master data; supply chain and procurement; customers and sales; and people. Six desks are the first assignments: functional analysis, ERP development and testing, then accounts payable, cash application, and deductions and disputes. The client sees completed work in its systems, a decisions inbox for the approvals its policy reserves to its people, and a weekly report with the evidence behind every number.

How we are built
A platform of our own: work intake and orchestration, client knowledge with provenance, reasoning and investigation, controlled execution, verification that does not trust the model, learning that is tested before it is deployed, and the views our engagement owners run the service from. Models are rented; the procedures, the adapters, the evaluations and the delivery knowledge are ours. A worker holds exactly the authority a client delegates, the way it is delegated to a person in the role today.
