The terms a visitor to this site accepts by reading it. Engagements, the console and the practitioner panel are governed by the agreements signed for them, and where they differ, the signed agreement controls.
These terms govern your use of the Humetry public website. The console a client's people sign in to, the practitioner panel and the API are used under the agreements signed for them: a client's master services agreement and its service description, a practitioner's engagement terms. Where a signed agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement controls.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
The site describes a managed AI workforce service: workers that do the work of a desk inside a client's business, end to end and under a service level. Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance, a service level, a warranty of a result, or advice. Workers are deployed only under a signed agreement, and that agreement sets the scope, the authority delegated, the thresholds, the stages and their gates, and the fee.
Instruments on the site that are drawn from invented or illustrative figures say so on their face, as specimens. They show the form of what a client receives, not a measurement of any engagement. Where a page shows a rate card, the fee you pay is the one written in your agreement; the published card may change before and after you read it.
The site and its content, including the text, the drawings and instruments, the Humetry name and the mark, belong to Humetry or its licensors. You may read, link to and quote the site with attribution. The mark may be downloaded from the press page for editorial use under the house style stated there. You may not reproduce the site at scale, present its content as your own, or use the name or the mark to suggest endorsement or a relationship that does not exist.
Do not interfere with the site's operation, probe or test it for vulnerabilities except through the disclosure channel in the security policy, misrepresent your identity or your organisation in a form, submit another person's details without their authority, or use automated means to extract content at a volume no reader would.
Information you submit through the site's forms, a conversation request, a practitioner application, a careers application with its questionnaire and resume, a partner application, or a message to us, is used to reply to you and to consider what you asked, as set out in the privacy notice. Submitting a form creates no client relationship, no engagement and no employment by itself.
Console and panel accounts are issued under the signed agreements, not through the site. You are responsible for the credentials you hold; sign-ins and failed sign-ins are logged. An account used in breach of the agreement it was issued under may be suspended, and the agreement says how.
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and current, and public claims on it are corrected when found wrong, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Humetry is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site outside a signed agreement.
These terms are versioned. A change is a new version with a new effective date on this page. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict rules. Agreements signed with Humetry carry their own governing law and forum, stated in the agreement.
