Humetry
The workforce

The roster.

The roster brings together every role Humetry's AI workers can take on, across three service areas: build, run and operate. For each role: what the worker owns, and the decisions and approvals your policies reserve for your team. Where a role needs judgement, our consultants take it on.

The marked roles are our first assignments, each with a full profile of its scope, the evidence it leaves and how it is measured. The others open once their work has been demonstrated in a client environment, and the roster grows wherever work can be clearly defined, performed consistently and measured against agreed standards.

Every tower of the three families stands in its stall round the table: build, run and operate. The tower turned out onto the main line is read desk by desk; the others wait in their stalls, a mark on the track for every desk they hold. Press a stall and the table turns it out; press any desk and its plate opens below.
The roster, as the processes a business runsThe build chain the trunk line · every other process a line into it · press a line to name its stations
An operations leader reads a business as its end-to-end processes. The build chain runs through the middle: every change a business needs enters it as a requirement and leaves as a tested release. Each other process is a line that delivers into it where its changes enter: incidents at functional analysis, the estate's changes at release, every business process at business analysis. A Humetry worker replaces each desk where it stands. Press a line to name its stations, a station to read the desk.
