The practitioner standard

The people Humetry engages by assignment are paid on a ledger they can read, within seven days of acceptance and above a published floor, judged by rules they can see, and answered when they raise a problem. Seven commitments, each wired to the part of the platform that makes it true, and read from that platform as this page loads.

The commitments, wired to what enforces themRead from the live platform as the page loads; lit means met this minute
Every commitment on the left has a wire to a part of the platform on the right. A part lights when every commitment on it is met; a commitment the platform could not enforce would have no wire, which is why it is not on the list.

The commitments

Seven, no more. Each names the part of the platform that enforces it, and shows whether it is met at this moment.

01

A ledger you can read at any time

Every assignment with its hours, its kind, its state, reviewed, accepted, paid, on a page in your panel. It is the record the payout reads, not a copy of it.

Enforced by The ledger · The panel's ledger page reads the same rows the payout run reads; nothing is typed between them.

met
02

Paid within seven days of acceptance

Acceptance writes the amount to the ledger at that moment, at the band for your standing. The payout run reads the ledger; nobody types a number. A row still unpaid after seven days takes this commitment off the met list, in public.

Enforced by The ledger · Acceptance writes the ledger row with the band amount at that moment; a row unpaid after seven days takes this commitment off the met list.

03

A published floor per market

Every band is checked against the floor using measured time on task, not estimates. A band that falls below is flagged to operations, and this commitment reads not met until it is fixed or until a floor is published.

Enforced by The bands and floors · Floors per market and year with their source, set by operations; every band is checked against them at measured median time.

04

No unpaid work beyond the qualification

The qualification in your tower is the only unpaid work. Everything after it, calibration included, is paid at band.

Enforced by The qualification · The qualification is the only unpaid task family; everything after it is paid at band.

05

Standing earned by rule, not opinion

Engaged, qualified, writes procedures, reviews exceptions, approves lessons: each standing has thresholds you can read, and every change is a logged event with its reason on your plate.

Enforced by The standing rules · Standing rules in one module with thresholds in one place; every change of standing is a logged event with its reason.

06

Terms you can always read

You can read exactly what you agreed to and when. When the text changes, you are asked again; nothing is agreed by silence.

Enforced by The terms, versioned · consent_id points at the versioned text; agreement is asked again when the text changes.

07

A grievance channel with a response time

Raised inside your panel and answered within five working days. Overdue grievances are shown first on the operations queue.

Enforced by The grievance queue · Grievance records with a due date 5 working days out, overdue ones first on the operations queue.

Floors in force

Per market, per year, with the source. Set by operations, never a constant in the code.

No floor published yet. The commitment above reads not met until one is.

The state, this minute

The standard as the platform reads it, generated as this page renders.
