Humetry
How we deliver

Earned in stages, measured every week.

A pilot is paid, measured and bounded. It tests two things at once: whether the workers do the work correctly, and whether delivering it is economic for both sides. A demonstration proves neither.

Authority rises chamber by chambergate: thresholds met on unseen cases
read onlyshadow, no writeswrites, approval-routeddelegated authority 01 · Historical evaluation02 · Shadow operation03 · Supervised production04 · Recurring service the engagement
A canal lock raises a vessel one chamber at a time, and the gate ahead opens only when the next chamber has been brought to level. A pilot raises a worker's authority the same way: read access, then shadow operation with no writes, then writes routed through your approval, then delegated authority for routine work. Each gate is an acceptance threshold met on cases the worker had never seen. Only the last chamber is the service.

A pilot runs twelve to sixteen weeks. Each stage has its gate, each gate a threshold met on cases the worker had never seen, and the sixteenth week ends in the one decision we ask for: a recurring engagement on the piloted scope.
01 · 1 to 4 weeks Historical evaluation
What Humetry does

Maps the process and the rules; connects read access; processes an agreed sample of past cases, the hard ones included, a share held back unseen; you compare the outcomes against your reviewed results.

What it establishes

Whether we understand the work, including the exceptions.

The gate

Accuracy by severity meets the agreed thresholds on the held-back cases, not only on the cases used to tune.

02 · 5 to 8 weeks Shadow operation
What Humetry does

Processes current cases in parallel with your team, without writing to production; outcomes compared daily.

What it establishes

Whether performance holds on unfamiliar work at live volume and pace.

The gate

Thresholds met for three consecutive weeks; cycle time at or better than baseline; intervention hours within budget.

03 · 9 to 12 weeks Supervised production
What Humetry does

Prepares real transactions for approval through the decisions inbox; runs the exception queue; writes within delegated authority after each approval.

What it establishes

Whether the service saves effort in practice, with real counterparties.

The gate

Total human effort both sides below baseline by the agreed margin; zero high-severity errors; incidents handled by the documented path.

04 · 13 on weeks Recurring service
What Humetry does

Takes responsibility for the agreed workload and service levels, with authority delegated in advance for routine, in-policy work.

What it establishes

Whether you value it enough to renew and expand.

The gate

A signed recurring agreement. Supervised production was the transition, not the service.

Acceptance thresholds, agreed before the first case

Set per task and per error severity, with you, before stage one. The definitions are fixed; the rates are agreed per engagement.

The five measures, reported every week

An automation figure can hide a great deal of manual work. Ours cannot: each minute a person spends on a case is recorded against one of six causes and reported to you every week.

The scorecard you decide on, drawn on a specimen weekSpecimen figures · the tick is the agreed threshold
01 Autonomous completion threshold 95.0 98.1%
02 Total human effort, hours a week, both sides threshold 10.0 3.3hbaseline 212 h
03 High-severity errors threshold 0 0high2 low
04 Resolution time, days, external waiting apart threshold 2.0 1.3daysexternal waiting 2.8, shown apart
05 Delivery economics, contribution threshold 50 68%
At the end of stage three you receive this card: every measure against the threshold agreed before stage one, the baseline against the pilot period, and the recurring proposal. A reading that clears its tick is lit. Nothing on it is netted or smoothed: external waiting is shown apart from resolution time, your approvals are reported apart from autonomous completion, and every intervention hour is classified.
01Autonomous completion

Cases reaching the agreed verified outcome without Humetry specialist intervention. Your approvals of reserved decisions are reported separately and never count against it.

02Total human effort

Humetry and client time reviewing, investigating, correcting, approving and supervising, classified: implementation, ordinary approval, missing external information, new judgment, system failure, worker capability failure.

03Quality

Correct outcomes and errors by severity; unresolved and unverified work explicitly identified.

04Resolution time

End-to-end case duration, with external waiting shown separately and never netted out.

05Delivery economics

Our direct cost per case against the fee; onboarding effort; the share of components reused from the previous deployment.

The weekly report draws your engagement as a survey sheet

Every desk a hill whose height is its autonomous completion, drawn as contours by your own browser from the signed evidence pack; the agreed threshold is the shoreline. Two benchmarks stand on open ground and light only when your browser has verified each signature.

What each side commits

You
  • The historical sample and the delegation of authority by week one
  • An integration identity and the security review by week three
  • A process owner for two hours a week and same-day answers in the decisions inbox from stage three
  • Honest baseline figures for hours and cost today
Humetry
  • A named engagement owner with backup
  • Every case with an owner, status, next action and evidence
  • Every intervention recorded and classified, ours and yours
  • No write outside delegated authority; a status check before any retry; incidents reported the same day
  • The full case history and evidence pack delivered to you at the end, whatever you decide

A pilot is never free. The pilot fee covers discovery, process mapping, integration and the three evaluation stages, and is credited against the deployment fee on conversion.
